I just wanted to commend your company for putting forth the "extra effort" to satisy customers.
First your website is easy to understand, very user friendly and offers a variety of choices. The information provided in placing an order online makes the buyer confident there will be no surprises after the sale.
After experiencing a problem while trying to place an order, I called the company and was greeted with pleasent and very helpful customer service. The problem was not put back on me to check the information I entered. They took the time to research the order, re-enter the information and my order went through to be shipped same day.
