Advice to Build Muscle
Perhaps the best advice to Build Muscle would be to start young. Your body will be most cooperative in making the most dramatic improvements in your physique from about age 14 to 18. Realizing this advice may have come a little late for most of us, don't despair as you can still increase your lean body mass. You can create a rebound effect and jar your metabolism out of it's rut by following a strict bodybuilding diet. When you come-off the diet your body will sling-shot into new muscle gains. You will see continued gains for the same amount of time you spent on a calorie reduced diet. In other words, if you diet hard for three months you should be able to Build Muscle easily for three months post-diet. The trick is to increase your calories with good food, not junk.
