2.) Delivery Time and Shipping Cost for US Orders
Items marked "In-Stock" are available for immediate shipment and usually arrive within 7 days. Orders containing one or more "Non-Stock" items will ship in 4-10 days, allow up to 15 days. Free Shipping on orders over $100 to all US Zips. Orders under $100 add $6.95 (All US zips included: APO, FPO, PR, GUAM, VI, Etc.)

3.) International Customers
Best Form specializes in shipping to locations around the globe. IMPORTANT! International customers(Now includes Canada) must ignore the shipping charge listed in the shopping cart. Shipping charges for International orders will be calculated and billed with a second charge at the time of shipping.
