Credit Card issuers forbid merchants from shipping when the billing address doesn't match their records. The address you enter must match the address your credit card issuer has on file for your account. Addresses on all USA and most European orders are automatically compared by your card issuer when you submit an order.
If the address doesn't match, your order will be withheld from shipment until the discrepency is resolved.
Remember, Best Form is only the messenger. We are passing the information you enter on to your bank and showing you their response. If your address doesn't match, you must resolve the issue by calling your credit card issuer to straighten the situation out (use the customer service number on the back of your card). Do not call Best Form to discuss the discrepency, REPEAT, we are only the messenger! After you've resolved the discrepency with your card issuer notify Best Form and we will attempt veirfication again.
