1.) What's the "No Exchange Discount" and "Regular Price"?
There are two prices listed for every item, the "Discount Option" and the Regular Price." You will select the pricing option at the final check-out page. Items cannot be exchanged if the "No Exchange Discount" is selected. In the rare case of a defect or shipping error, exchanges may be made for the identical size and color. Choosing the "Regular Price" option will allow you to exchange for a different size, color, or any item on the web site. more details....

2.) How can your prices be this cheap, are the items defective?
Processing exchanges takes an enormous amount of time. By agreeing not to exchange an item we are able to pass the savings back to our customers. more details....
3.) When will I receive my order?
Orders with items all marked "In-Stock" are generally shipped within 48 hours and should arrive within 7 days. Orders containing one or more non-stock items are generally shipped within 4-10 days, allow two weeks. Otomix shoes, all T Michael items are non-stock. more details....
4.) Do you offer next-day air delivery?
No, however, we ship "In-Stock" item so quickly (usually via Priority Mail) that in most orders arrive in three or four days. Non-Stock items couldn't be shipped Next Day Air anyway. more details....
5.) Do you have a catalog?
NO, Best Form doesn't have a paper catalog. Our web site is constantly updated, featuring more detailed photos, larger images, product information, and sizing recommendations than any paper catalog.
1.) Selecting a color in a size marked unavailable
Example: "Black (No M)" means no Black in size M are available.
2.) Filling-out address entry with improper caps & spaces.
You're typing your own address label. We just hit "Print" so it comes out exactly as you entered it.
3.) Making a typo in Email address
Make sure you enter your Email address correctly.
4.) Trying to exchange items purchased with the "No Exchange Discount"
A $20 handling charge plus $6.95 shipping charge will be assessed on any items sent back to Best Form purchased with the "No Exchange Discount Option." The items will not be exchanged and the fees must be paid before the items will be released.
5.) Returning item/s for a refund.
There are NO REFUNDS with either price option.
6.) No Switching Discount Options on Exchanges.
If the "Regular Price Option" was chosen, items may be exchanged for other items valued at the "Regular Price".
