Checking Order Status

Please read before calling

Normal Delivery Times for US Orders

• Orders containing all items marked as "In-Stock" will normally arrive in 3-7 days. Please allow seven full days before calling, you can also check order status here.
  
• Non-Stock items will normally arrive in 8-15 days. Please allow 15 full days before calling to check order status. Orders containing one or more Non-Stock item fall into that delivery time.

Non-stock items include Otomix Shoes and women's items.

International Customers

• Add one week to each of the above times.
• 1st Class / GP orders cannot be tracked!  Numbers listed for 1st Class / GP orders are NOT tracking numbers. Don't try to use them, they won't work!
  

Be sure your order hasn't already arrived, especially if your address is a:

• Apartments- Best Form ships thousands of packages a year without trouble.  Of the few problems, almost all are apt complexes!   Check with your building mgr. and local Postal Carrier.  Chances are 99.99% the package is somewhere there.

• PO Box- Check with the Postal Clerk, they may be holding it for you. 
   
•  Work Address- Check with anyone who might have received the package. Work addresses are our number one sore spot for lost orders. 
   
• School / University- Check with the mail manager or local Postal carrier.
