I am a 58 Year old fitness trainer in West Palm Beach, Florida. I also compete in body building shows in the Masters division. I have competed in Muscle Mania (1998), Gold Coast Classic, Southern States, and Spacecoast. I enjoy all the work leading up to a show, and the great people in the show that you meet. The most rewarding job I have ever had is training and helping others get back into shape. I retired from law enforcement after 35 years and now spend all my time doing what I love.
