INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER INFORMATION

All USA Zips are considered domestic orders including APO, FPO, GU, PR, VI, etc...

1.) Ignore the Shipping Charge listed in the Shopping Cart!

The displayed charge is set for domestic orders. Additional shipping charges for International orders will be calculated and added separately. Small orders such as one or two tanks or shorts will be covered by the Flat Rate $13.00 charge and additional billing will not be necessary. Most orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail or Air Mail, we never ship by surface. We squeeze as much into $13 Flat Rate Envelopes as possible (limited countries). Orders weighing 1 to 2 kilos that cannot be fit into a Flat Rate envelope (such as shoes) usually run from $18 to $33. Please refer to the International Postage Rate Calculator (Figure a 1/4 lb for lycra shorts & bras, a 1/2 lb for tee's, tanks, etc., 1 lb for pants & sweatshirts, 3 lbs. for shoes).

2.) International Customers should take the "No Exchange Discount Option"

Shipping and customs duties make exchanges impractical for International orders. Therefore, our International customers will probably be better served in taking the "No Exchange Discount Option" in almost all cases.

3.) Best Form cannot ship your order until your address is verified!

To speed processing of your order you may wish to include the contact phone number on the backside of your credit card in the comment box at the check-out page. We will attempt to contact your bank by phone. If we are unsuccessful or they refuse to provide verification we will notify you.

4.) Due to rampant fraud we've banned credit card orders from the following countries:

Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Morocco, Iran, All Central African Countries (Nigeria, Ghana, etc.) Chile. The sales ban DOES NOT apply to non-residents stationed in these countries, such as Military, Diplomatic, or Corporate Personnel.

5.) Thinking about using a fraudulent / stolen credit card number?

Using a stolen credit card number will not succeed in acquiring merchandise. Using this web site as a testing platform for fraudulent numbers will result in that number being immediately reported to the issuing bank and blocked. All instances of credit card Fraud are immediately reported to the Embassy of the perpetrators country and the United States Secret Service. more details....

6.) Shipping Time.

International Orders are shipped in the same time frame as domestic when we have an address verification. If a card declines on the secondary charge for shipping or we are unable to verify the address, orders will be withheld until the problem is resolved. Actual delivery time can vary greatly as orders must clear customs. more details....

7.) Invoices are not included in boxes for International Shipments.

Your invoice will not be included with your order. Please keep your Email receipt for your records. Occasionally, we will mail the invoice with listed shipping charge in an envelope separately.
