Jim O'Ferrell- Bodybuilder serving in Iraq    Male Bodybuilder serving in Iraq I'm an Infantry soldier currently on my 2nd tour in Iraq. When not on patrol, there are few diversions on the base other than watching DVDs in our dayroom and spending time in the fitness center. One very positive aspect of American bases in Iraq is the quality of the fitness facilities. Hitting the gym on my "down" time has become my passion. As a soldier, staying fit has always been a requirement. But at 45 years old I'm more physically fit now than I've been in a long time through consistent work-outs and sensible eating habits. True fitness is not a fad or an activity, but a lifestyle. If anyone is interested in a middle-aged physically fit soldier to act as a spokesman, male fitness model, or trainer - please let me know. Dennis Fanucchi    Male Bodybuilder I'm 64 years old and began working out when I was 54, until then I'd never worked-out. At 5'10 I was a skinny 130 lbs. A friend and local gym owner always told me that because of my discipline he'd guaranteed me if I ever decided to workout that I'd not have a good body, but a great body! He started training me and connected me with a nutritionist, I was on my way. I now weigh 207 lbs. - 6.8% body fat which is a 77 lbs. muscle gain. I started competing October 2004 in the Ultra Masters division. As a competitive Male Bodybuilder I've taken four first pace finishes and second three times. I'll be competing in at least two more Male Bodybuilding shows this year. I'm a living proof it's never too late to get in shape and continuously told I'm an inspiration. I've been featured in four national magazines and many newspaper articles, all because of the body's transformation.
