Items cannot be exchanged. (Excludes Shipping Errors & Defects) Orders cannot later be changed to the Exchange Option, meaning you can't offer to pay the difference in price and then exchange.
Black Price- “Exchange Option”
Items can be exchanged. It’s a store credit good for any item in our online store. Exchanges must be mailed back within ten days. Items exchanged for must also be valued at the Black price and cannot be converted to the Red price. A $6.95 shipping / handling charge will apply.

The "No Exchange Discount Option" is designed for those who are readily familiar with the current production version of an item and sizing. It’s also beneficial for smaller orders such as one or two tanks where shipping costs make exchanges impractical. While the overwhelming majority of people take the discount option, it's not the right choice in all situations. If your order contains several items you're unfamiliar with or your first pair of Otomix shoes, Best Form urges you to take the "Regular Price" which permits exchanges.
Processing exchanges is expensive and you're paying for it when you purchase a regular priced clothing item from any store. There's the cost of the labor to process and re-stock the item. Then there's "shrinkage" meaning some of the items exchanged will be damaged and not re-stocked. With the "No Exchange Discount" you're not paying the money normally built into an items cost to process exchanges.
As an added benefit, since most people opt for the "No Exchange Discount" you can be confident that the tank top you buy from Best Form hasn't already been worn by someone through a two hour workout in a hot gym.
